Prayer: Nicene Creed
Activity: Quiz # 2 - Lecture 01
Activity:  "Oral Tradition Exercise" - The teacher gave a student or students a telephone number to memorize.  The student or students were to pass it on to another student, who would pass it on to other students.  The idea is to demonstrate how difficult it is to memorize things in our culture:  We have manifold ways to retain information other than memorizing.  Ancient cultures had only writing or song or rhyme, besides straight memorization.
