Period 1 meets for a total of 240 minutes; Periods 3 & 7 meet for a total of 200 minutes.
Monday, August 30: Monday Schedule - All Periods meet.
Prayer: Reflection - by C.S. Lewis (See p. 4 of the text.) (Thought: Do you agree with Lewis?)
Activity: Pass back old papers. Discuss the policy on late work. (There will be a little "amnesty" or sorts.)
Activity: The teacher will demonstrate the features of the class Website (excluding Moodle). This demonstration will include an exposition of the "Course Description & Syllabus," and the weekly plans 1 - 3.
Activity: Period 1 only - collect the "Who is Jesus?" papers from last week.
Activity: All classes -- collect the assignment from last Thursday: Read pp. 1-8. Complete questions 1-3 "For Review" on page 5 and questions 1-5 "For Review" on p. 8.
Activity / Assignment: Print a copy of the "Course Description & Syllabus," staple it together, drill 3 holes using a hole punch, and write your name at the top of it.
Activity / Assignment: Be sure to bring your Bible to class tomorrow. You will really need it!
Tuesday, August 31: Block 1 - 50 minutes -- Block 3- 80 minutes -- Block 7 - 80 minutes.
